I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and the boat to Capri, which made exploring so easy. The room I stayed in had a stunning sea view from the balcony, perfect for enjoying a sunset. However, the service left much to be desired, with some staff being unhelpful and dismissive, which was pretty frustrating. The breakfast choices were limited, which was a bit disappointing too.

However, the bathroom had a moldy smell, and some of the service staff were a bit unwelcoming. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, and some amenities were lacking. Overall, there are some standout features, but improvements are definitely needed.
